We appreciate your business and value you. In purchasing products from us this constitutes your agreement to follow these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are in South African Rand and shipping is NOT included. We will be in touch via email once the item is purchased to arrange delivery payment and delivery.
We use trusted shipping companies and track all our products.
For custom orders we will require a 50% deposit for all orders and will only start the manufacturing process once the deposit amount reflects in our bank account. Once your product is ready for shipping we will the invoice for the remainder of the amount due and product will be sent once balance is received.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, distance travelled, and courier required. Unless we have specified in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we do our best to deliver the goods by the quoted delivery date.
REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
All products are bespoke and made to order, therefore we do not accept any cancellations on orders for any reasons and deposits are non-refundable. Please check all final measurements to avoid disappointment.
Please check your items thoroughly upon receipt- if item is damaged please do not accept it, contact us immediately. We offer a xx month guarantee on all our items and accept returns of defective items.
